GSE offers new round-strand innovation in biplaner geonet structure
In a compression test, all conventional geonets (either biplanar or triplanar) with oblong-shaped strands resulted in a stress-strain curve with a distinct peak at which strand rollover occurs. However, not all geonets have the strand rollover. In fact, a new type of round-strand biplanar geonet, GSE PermaNet, shows no strand rollover and no structural failure occurring over the entire design life of up to 50 years. Read more
