GSE StudLiner is a high-density
polyethylene (HDPE) embedment liner that provides concrete protection from
mechanical damage and corrosive and erosive environments in a wide range of
industrial, municipal and civil applications. GSE StudLiner is manufactured
in thicknesses of 2.0 mm to 5.0 mm with the studs formed during the
extrusion process to ensure the highest pull-out strength available from any
thermoplastic concrete protective system available. Close spacing of studs
provide excellent resistance to lateral movement of the liner system due to
thermal expansion and contraction forces. For critical containment
applications, GSE offers StudLiner DLS. The DLS dual containments lining
system offers additional containment protection in critical applications by
equipping the DLS system with a vacuum leak detection system. The DLS system
consists of GSE StudLiner and a spacer sheet which provides the necessary
spacing for leak detection between the primary and secondary barriers.
