Tri-Axial Geonets and Geocomposites

GSE Tri-Axial Geonets are synthetic drainage materials manufactured from the highest quality high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin. They are designed to transmit fluids and gasses uniformly under many field conditions.
Tri-Axial Geocomposites consist of a geonet heat bonded with a nonwoven needle-punched geotextile, and are designed to provide drainage filtration to keep silt and soil particles from clogging the flow or to increase the friction characteristics.
Tri-Axial products consist of vertical central HDPE strands with either horizontal top strands (T-shaped) or horizontal top and bottom strands (box-shaped) for improved performance. Tri-Axial products provide the highest transmissivity performance under loads less than 5000 psf.
GSE-TenFlow

GSE TenFlow Geocomposite

330 (8.4) - 350 (8.9) mil (mm)

Description

GSE TenFlow geocomposite consists of a 330 mil (8.4 mm) or a 350 mil (8.9 mm) thick GSE TenFlow geonet heat-laminated on one or both sides with a GSE nonwoven needle-punched geotextile. TenFlow geocomposite is a T-shaped tri-axial geonet comprised of HDPE strands forming a three dimensional structure to provide planar water flow. The geotextile is available in mass per unit area range of 6 oz/yd2 to 16 oz/yd2. TenFlow geocomposite provides high transmissivity in a soil environment.

GSE-DuraFlow

GSE DuraFlow Geocomposite

330 (8.4) mil (mm)

Description

GSE DuraFlow geocomposite consists of a 330 mil (8.4 mm) thick GSE DuraFlow geonet heat-laminated on one or both sides with a GSE nonwoven needle-punched geotextile. DuraFlow geocomposite is a box-shaped tri-axial geonet comprised of vertically formed center HDPE ribs superimposed on horizontally formed top and bottom ribs. Open areas between the center ribs form efficient flow channels while the top and bottom ribs provide support against intrusion and surface for lamination. The geotextile is available in mass per unit area range of 6 oz/yd2 to 16 oz/yd2. DuraFlow geocomposite provides high transmissivity in a soil environment.
