GSE offers unique products for lining settling tanks and other structures that use sweep arms. GSE’s StudLiner HDPE (high density polyethylene) is embedded into newly poured concrete or adhered to existing concrete with injected mortar or grout. The result is a smooth, wrinkle-free, rigid membrane surface that serves as both complete containment and abrasion protection. GSE StudLiner HDPE is available in a range of thicknesses and configurations for specific applications to prolong the life of your concrete structures.
An alternative for lining concrete structures is anchoring our standard geomembranes to concrete tanks with GSE PolyLock HDPE attachment strips. The strips are positioned in the concrete forms used for pouring the tanks. Once the concrete has set, GSE geomembrane material can then be welded directly to the embedded HDPE strip for continuous attachment to the interior of the tank.
